Moscow Airports

Moscow is serviced by four international airports: Sheremetyevo airport, Vnukovo airport, Domodedovo airport and Zhukovsky airport. All these terminals have up-to-date infrastructure.

In each terminal you will find flight information screens and airport navigation in English, ATMs, taxi order desks and cafes.

Three Sheremetyevo Moscow airport terminals are interconnected and passengers can walk via passages.

High-speed trains called “Aeroexpress” will get you in 45 minutes (depending on the airport) to the City Center. The fare is RUB 500 (around $8 as for Jan. 2019). And the cost is a litlle cheaper if you buy the ticket online. All Aeroexpress trains arrive and depart from centrally-located railway stations that are connected to metro stations.

Taxi service costs RUB 1,500 – 2,200 and the duration of the journey varies from 40 minutes to 2 hours. We would recommend using a taxi desk at the airport to book a taxi ride! Taxi drivers offering their services in the arrival hall may set the price too high.

FROM ONE MOSCOW AIRPORT TO ANOTHER
There is no direct fast service to get you from one Moscow airport to another one, so if you have flight transfers in Moscow (in different airports) it might take two hours or more to get from one airport to another, for example between Sheremetyevo and Domodedovo airports.
